Installation process

Beyond a rigorous ethical charter, Agorespace is particularly proud to have set up, alongside its multi-sport field concept, a specific support in the material and moral installation of a field.

Before the installation

An information meeting BEFORE the installation

Before the installation

Before the installation, an Agorespace specialist organises a meeting with the participation of the local elected representatives, partner associations, young people and inhabitants of the village or neighbourhood. “Youth Meetings” encourage dialogue between all parties. The idea is to make the young people responsible for the equipment that they are given to use. Through this initiative, the local authority is helping to build links between all the actors who want to see sporting values shared by everyone.

Hiring of 2 local youths for the assembly

During the installation

During the installation, we offer to hire 1 or 2 youths on the site to work under the responsibility of an Agorespace® Chief Builder who is trained in these matters. These young people can then explain to the others about proper use of the sport court, motivate them to respect the equipment, and somehow become its guardians and ambassadors. This acion efficiently contributes to the protection of the new equipment and its longevity.

After the installation

After the installation, we offer a festive moment for the official opening. This event finalises the educational approach that we initiated. To crown the efforts of everyone involved, we organise sports challenges. The Agorathlon® challenge is the occasion to organise a full day of sports. More than 200 Agorathlon® days have been organised to date. The Agorathlon® is also a unique opportunity to introduce young people to the practice of different sports.
